Necessary browser storage
MiCharco stores two technical values in your browser's local storage so the website works properly:
- micharco-cookie-consent — stores your analytics choice so you are not asked again on every page.
- micharco-locale — stores your language preference.
These values remain in your browser, are not used to track you across websites and can be removed through your browser settings.
Analytics cookies
MiCharco uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, only after you have consented to analytics.
Google Analytics helps us understand aggregate website usage, such as which pages are visited and how website usage changes over time.
When analytics is accepted, Google Analytics may set cookies including: _ga — used to distinguish users; _ga_<ID> — used to maintain session information.
These cookies have a default lifetime of up to two years, although browsers may apply shorter limits.
If you reject analytics, the Google Analytics script is not loaded and these analytics cookies are not set. You can continue using MiCharco normally.
Changing your preferences
You can change or withdraw your analytics choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
